國外流行先護髮後洗髮　稱頭髮更亮麗

外國最近興起「先護髮後洗髮」的洗頭方法，聲稱頭髮變得更潤澤和豐盈。

據英國《每日郵報》報導，美國網路雜誌《XOJane》其中一名作者聲稱，先前因頭油過盛和髮尾乾旱，經讀者建議下用創新的洗頭方法，在濕漉的頭髮先塗上護髮素，然後再沖洗身體各部份，等待護髮素完全浸透髮根、頭髮變軟不再打結後，再用洗髮精清洗。

這名作者表示，用這方式洗頭約一周後，髮質有明顯改善，變得更亮澤和豐盈。另一名男網友也稱，反傳統的洗頭方法有效，並建議塗護髮素前，先進行頭皮按摩。不過，有美容網站表示，「先護髮後洗髮」並非人人適用，並建議頭髮厚和髮質乾的人，最好繼續使用傳統的洗頭方法。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
