台鐵連2天出包　交部次長鞠躬道歉

台鐵太魯閣號集電弓昨扯損長達4公里電車線、30具三角架，經過3次延長搶通時間，埔心-中壢西正線終於在今上午8時19分恢復通車，不過稍後隔壁的東正線南下出發號誌馬上又故障，改通信式人工調度行車，導致列車誤點，交通部次長兼任台鐵局長范植谷今上午開記者會鞠躬道歉，他說，他代表台鐵電車線故障引起誤點，對全國民眾造成不便，致上最深的歉意，目前已先排除外力因素。(李姿慧／台北報導)
