大馬案 我不排除請求發布國際通緝令

許立民、張安薇夫婦在馬國沙巴邦邦島遇劫，刑事局駐馬來西亞聯絡官李昆達獲知後，立刻與馬國警方聯絡，並將資料回報刑事局國際刑警科向家屬查證，因台灣與馬來西亞並無邦交、也無司法互助協議，所以不能主動介入調查，但會了解馬國警方調查進度，必要時，將向國際刑警組織請求發佈國際通緝令，全力緝凶，救回人質。
