柯文哲自曝跟父借千萬　蔡正元批「逃稅」

在野聯盟台北市長參選人柯文哲，昨天自爆跟爸爸借款1千萬買房，而且坦言「「我一直很想賴皮不還他啦！」，對此連勝文競選總幹事、藍委蔡正元在臉書批評柯文哲逃漏稅。

蔡正元在臉書上表示，柯文哲自曝向父親柯承發借款1千萬，必須符合嚴格法律條件。如果沒有「借期、利息、票據文件」等，則依現行法令一概視為贈與行為。蔡正元認為柯文哲跟父親借的1千萬「依法是贈與」，他們2人其中1人必須繳交贈與稅，「柯文哲，請你補繳贈與稅、稅負利息及倍數罰款！」(葉國吏／綜合報導)
