如何在excel裡快速的把不同的數據或是物名找出來

A1 B1 C1 .. X1

小王小王小明小明

小星小明大王小紅

小明小紅小王小星

小紅小王小紅小星

如果我把A欄所有的當作標準，在B欄至後面X欄所有的儲存格內，只要不符合A欄內的(小王，小星，小明，小紅)都是錯誤的，如C3(大王)和C4(大大)，如何設定或是公式去把不相同於A欄的標示找出來呢?
