【國際中心/綜合外電報導】美國德州基督教大學(Texas Christian University)研究人員發現,進食時細嚼慢嚥的人食量及所攝取的卡路里,比吃得快的人少。

研究顯示,吃得慢的人每餐攝取的熱量,可比狼吞虎咽的人少88卡路里。他們用餐時亦因沒有緊迫感,而有較多將餐具放下的時間,可喝更多的水去增加飽實感,防止吃太多。

實驗顯示,體重正常群組的人,與體重超重群組的人,如果都以慢速進餐,一小時後,都會比吃得快的人更有飽足感。
