2011年日內瓦車展上VOLVO推出全球第一款柴油Plug-In Hybrid複合動力車款，V60 Plug-In Hybrid。除了能達到近52.6km/L的平均油耗表現與49g/km的二氧化碳排放量外，總續航力更有1200km距離遠。而首批限額限色的V60 Plug-In Hybrid也在2011年底正式開賣，不到一年時間這1000輛的配額就全部銷售一空。
