國民年金之問題

本人在今年7月23號滿25歲，年金帳單來了，我沒有繳~
年金單顯示我10/8退保加入勞保，請問:

1.3個月又8天的國民年金可以不繳嗎?
2.若一定要繳，他會納入勞保嗎?

目前已繳第一期的勞保，可是我收到了國民年金催繳單，我害怕以後若我勞保滿期可以領的時候，政府會不會跟我追討這一筆國民年金呢?

而如果繳了沒有納入勞保的話，是不是等於把1千多塊丟進池塘裡面永遠拿不到了呢?

我是屬於不能申請低收入戶的一般窮人...= ="
