馬：關說案處理是否過當，會檢討

馬英九總統今晚與立委餐敘時表示，自己對立法院長王金平的關說事件的處理方式是否過當，他會檢討，但希望外界不要模糊司法關說的焦點。

馬總統說，國民黨與王金平的訴訟正在進行中，「這是王院長提起的，現在無法緩下來」。他不能在司法關說案的立場上和稀泥，如此將會讓民眾認為總統沒有是非。不管訴訟結果如何，國政推動不會受影響。

馬總統強調，先進國家若有國會議員涉及司法關說，議員絕對沒有第二條路可以走，在美國叫做「妨害司法」，這是非常嚴重的罪，碰都不能碰。
