暫別風波

國民黨將於29日召開全國黨代表大會，先前國民黨考紀會做出撤銷立法院長王金平黨籍的決議，王金平提出假處分後保有黨籍身分，但國民黨黨部表示，15日已發函通知王金平，註銷邀請他參加全代會。但根據法律條文規定，國民黨此舉有違法之嫌，恐將面臨3至30萬的「怠金」罰款。
儘管王金平目前仍保有黨籍資格，但國民黨黨團證實，認定考紀會已註銷王金平黨籍，因此29日舉行的第19屆全國黨代表大會，撤銷對王金平出席的邀請。王金平在15日下午被問及此事表示「不知道有這回事，還要再看看通知，會依照通知來行使。」但他強調自己還是具備黨員身分，「這是司法認定的。」
王金平的假處分案，13日台北地院合議庭裁准。但馬英九總統隨即指示執行「政務與黨務切割」原則，不但停開每周一例行的府院黨5人小組會議，甚至還進一步撤銷邀請王金平參加29日的全代會，被外界視為是想藉此架空王金平，好讓他喪失黨內的影響力。
馬英九表示，以「訴訟照打、政務照推」為原則，確保政府運作順暢。只是國民黨的行為，看在許多資深法官眼裡，王金平提出假處分，就是要國民黨讓他行使黨員權力，如果國民黨不依台北地院的執行命令，讓王金平行使黨員權利，將可以《強制執行法》規定，可處國民黨3至30萬元的「怠金」，且不限次數。中常委李德維表示，提出不讓王金平參加全代會的幕僚，簡直是在害馬總統。
