美法院下令阿根廷償債給避險基金

美國一上訴法院23日下令，阿根廷必須支付14.7億美元給持有其違約公債的避險基金，明確駁回阿根廷針對2012年初判的上訴。

在這場金融與債券市場密切注意的審判中，上訴法院支持原先的判決，即使兩家避險基金拒絕參與阿根廷的債務重整，阿根廷仍然必須100%地賠償兩個基金持有的阿根廷違約公債價值。
