微軟CEO鮑默爾 一年內將退休

微軟公司23日宣布，執行長鮑默爾（Steve Ballmer）已決定未來一年內會退休。

在微軟找到新執行長前，鮑默爾仍將擔任執行長，繼續帶領微軟轉型為裝置和服務業者。鮑默爾在聲明中說：「這種轉型從沒有完美時機，但現在正是正確時刻。」

微軟董事會已組成特別委員會，開始尋找新執行長的過程；該委員會將考慮內部或外部人選。
