是因為你輸入了手機號碼!!!!
他們是藉由你的號碼找到你的 :)

重灌line的話
只能重新設定一個新的ID
之前那個不會有下落了..
因為你並未綁定他~

最好的建議是
重辦一個ID
輸入你的手機號碼
然後啟用綁定帳號
設定電子郵件帳號
對你是最好的

因為日後可能會購買貼圖
綁定的話貼圖就只跟著你的帳號跑來跑去!
不會有消失的可能性存在哦:)
