漢字之旅心得－禪宗音樂 回歸平靜

今日傍晚抵達登封，觀看「禪宗少林，音樂大典」演出，最特殊的地方，在於以實際的山水為背景，生動描述山澗風景、溪山坐禪、少林拳棍等情境。過程十分震撼人心，結束時心情又回歸到平靜 。

回程我和河南省社科院的齊航福老師聊了會兒，老師已看過3遍，他覺得最棒之處是能獲得心靈寧和。我提到，在台灣，許多寺院會舉辦「禪七」，即不言不語在禪堂中打坐七日，將平時外放的情緒等等，轉為向內「自省」。經由七日沉澱，再行檢視自身，總能對人生有全新體悟 。

老師聽完表示欣羨，因為大陸較不易有這樣活動。兩岸文化差異在宗教上也可見一斑，很高興在此學習過程中，分享我們的人文風情給大陸師生們，雙方都能教學相長。
