高市府今天前往鳳仁路一處排水箱涵會勘，發現違規附掛16條管線，其中僅3條有申報，市府限其他管線業者明天下午2時前申報，否則強制斷管。

高雄市政府水利局副局長廖哲民下午會同工務局及部分管線業者會勘鳳仁路這處箱涵管線，並比對工務局地下管線分布的圖資。

廖哲民說，這個箱涵歷史已10多年，根據工務局圖資是有石化管線，但不知是哪些，將請業者實地會勘確認。市府這兩天會協助清理管線外雜物。

他又說，市府昨天起進箱涵展開清查，發現現場有16條管線，其中只有3條有申報，包括自來水公司、台電及欣雄天氣氣公司的瓦斯管線，已要求其他管線單位明天下午2時前向水利局申報，否則將強制予以斷管。

他表示，由於箱涵附掛管線違法，水利局也會要求業者限期遷管。

廖哲民指出，全市地下排水幹線有500多公里，將動員人力配合檢視設備，月底前完成巡檢，找出其他問題箱涵。(中央社)
