有關跑走法的優點

今天參加了貢寮馬拉松,是我人生的初半馬!之前在這裡看到了有關跑走法的討論,也上網爬了文,就決定今天先持續跑十公里之後,然後開始採用跑走(跑五分鐘快走一分鐘)完成!整個過程很輕鬆的完成(花了2小時20分),跑完雙腿也只是稍微的酸痛,尤其是在跑走的過程中,會一直在注意時間,所以一點都不會無聊,這是我覺得跑走法一個很大的優點,會分散跑步過程帶來的枯燥和痛苦!祝大家 跑步長長久久.....
