勞保退休金問題

請問各位
我媽媽的勞保年資約22年
今年63歲,想要退掉勞保
月退的退休金大約可領8000多
想問一下
那勞保退掉後因為未滿65歲是不是要繳國民年金

那等到65歲之後應該就不能一邊領勞保退休金一邊領國民年金吧!!
這部份是自己選擇要領哪一筆嗎?
還是說現在退勞保,在滿65歲前是領勞保退休金?
滿65歲之後就是領國民年金?
