標題[請問] 旅行社代辦護照

最近友人要辦理護照，因為是他是首次辦護照又無法親自到領務局申辦，所以有先完成了「人別確認」。按照戶政事務所的說法，只要將那張「人別確認」的申請書，交給旅行社代辦就好，畢竟也只不過是一張普通護照申請書，額外經過戶政事務所進行確認的動作加蓋章而已。問題來了，要代辦的旅行社說:除了人別確認完成的申請書之外，還要身份證正本以及大頭照2張。這就讓我很不解，為什麼旅行社還需要再收身份證+照片?? 旅行社只說這是規定，但我真的不懂.... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.234.97.98 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ask/M.1396979424.A.ED4.html
