2/10是最後一天去A公司上班實際離職日是2/24(剛好是發薪日) 中間有10個工作日是用補休跟特休一次休完 2/11要去B公司報到了之前爬文看到健保局會在每月30號抓投保資料並以當日的在職公司視為投保單位如有兩個投保單位，就會通知舊的投保單位辦理退保因為我在2/24已從A公司離職而2/11~2/28的薪資是B公司申報看來健保局會把B公司視為投保單位，B公司也會代扣我的二月份健保費但是2/11~2/24的勞健保是有重疊的關於2/01~2/24在A公司的這筆薪資跟獎金(合計約A公司投保薪資額的1.6個月) 好像會被認定為兼職收入而需繳納2%補充保費問題一：計算補充保費的起迄日標準是哪一種呢? 1. 2/01~2/24的薪資+獎金 2. 2/11~2/24的薪資+獎金 (等於不管日期，只要一次付薪>5000就用那筆金額計算) 問題二：會問這題是因為A公司有條規定就是員工任職期間如有兼職，就不得領取前一年度獎金或在事後追回但B公司最晚的報到時間就是2/11 勢必得會出現兼職情況，又不想讓A、B知道所以請問會出現下列哪一種情況呢? 1.A公司在2/24退保當日，會知道我有新的正職而主動代扣 2.健保局會在事前(B公司加保時)，通知A公司應於退保時代扣 2.健保局會在事前(B公司加保時)，通知B公司代扣 4.健保局會在事後(A公司退保後)，通知A公司補扣 5.健保局會在事後(A公司退保後)，通知我補繳，但不通知A公司以上疑問先感謝回覆謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.64.89.128
