急~車禍中對方沒撞到我 ((20點

我在上班途中，要回家時經過一條巷子，有台小客車突然從巷子裡衝出來，而我時速 50 ~ 55 公里，急剎自己摔車，對方下來我問他要怎麼處理他卻跟我說沒撞到我，讓我的心情超不爽，都還沒有報警也還沒有把摔車的地方用粉筆之類的畫線摔車點就把我機車牽起來了，警察到了跟我說要測酒測，測完到醫院檢查完【4級的擦傷】車子卻不能在騎了。

1 . 對方許要付什麼樣的責任 ?
2 . 我的機車能叫對方修賠嗎 ?
3 . 車子可以在這幾天賣掉嘛 ?

有路邊監視器拍可是不知道監視器好壞
想要問問網友對這種人要怎麼玩死他 ?
