【吳國仲／台北報導】寒流即將報到，北部地區今天清晨氣溫偏低，板橋僅有10.4℃，許多外出上班的民眾已經裹上厚重大衣、圍巾。根據中央氣象局，今天清晨輻射冷卻效應，氣溫偏低，下午寒流來襲，未來3天，嘉義以北低溫下探8℃，呼籲民眾注意保暖。
