當悠遊卡裡頭是呈負數時(EX:您現在負29元)
儲值就會扣掉裡面的負數(100-29=71)
所以如果你的意思是你後來已經在公車上自己投錢投29元
那跟悠遊卡的負29元完全無關
不過照理說悠遊卡只要能刷過就是算已經付錢了,
公車司機不應該叫你再補錢

如果您很在意這件事的話建議可以去找公車公司那邊說明一下這件事
要是跟悠遊卡那邊說會沒用
