明年起食品添加物成分強制登錄

【蔡明樺／台北報導】塑化劑、毒澱粉事件都是黑心廠商違規使用食品添加物釀成風暴，衛福部食品藥物管理署今公布「食品業者登錄辦法」，明年起製造、輸入及販售香精、香料等食品添加物的業者，都需對食品添加物成分強制登錄，否則將依《食品衛生管理法》罰3萬至300萬元。
 
食藥署簡任技正薛復琴指，「食品業者登錄辦法」將把食品添加物製造、輸入業者列優先對象，販售業者列第二波對象，都需在明年底前登錄完成。
 
薛復琴說，食品添加物業者無論單方、複方成分都需登錄，但牽涉商業機密的配方比例不必公開，若未來又發生食安風暴，可快速釐清哪些廠商有生產、進口或販售出問題的食品添加物，縮短稽查時間；目前食品添加物採志願性登錄，迄今已有623家共2萬4333種產品登錄。
