今年寒流提早南下　12月至明年1月恐偏冷

【張勵德／台北報導】中央氣象局今天針對今年冬季(12月到隔年2月)天氣做出預報。氣象局預報中心主任鄭明典表示，根據過去經驗顯示，若寒流提早報到，當年冬季天氣通常偏冷，而今年寒流提早在11月就南下，預估從12月到明年1月中旬台灣地區天氣偏冷機會較大，請民眾特別注意。

根據氣象局統計，台灣地區冬季出現攝氏14度以下大陸冷氣團影響的時間約38天，其中寒流影響天數約6.5天。鄭明典指出，今年12月到明年1月由於北方冷高壓南下頻率增加，受到大陸冷氣團影響時間可能增加，台灣地區氣溫偏冷機會很大。至於2月目前還無法看出趨勢。

鄭明典強調，由於大陸冷高壓通常較為乾冷，預估明年1月到2月各地雨量以正常到偏少機會最大，天氣較為乾冷，尤其中南部地區到明年4月之前都屬於乾季，提醒民眾要節約用水。
