洪仲丘案開庭 死因與操練無關?!

洪仲丘虐死案，今天桃園地院開庭審理，軍方18名被告全都到場，另外法醫石台平也以證人身分出席，說明洪仲丘的死因，他覺得死因並不是因為操練，而是當洪仲丘出現身體不適的時候，戒護士應該要合理懷疑是否中暑，再進行量體溫等後續動作，針對這個問題，法官也詢問被告，案情逐漸撥雲見日。

洪仲丘虐死案，桃園地方法院，開庭審理，傳喚前542旅副旅長何江忠、連長徐信正、上士范佐憲等所有被告到庭應訊，當初相驗洪仲丘遺體的法醫石台平，也以證人身分出席。石台平面對鏡頭，低調快閃離開，法院這回審理，重點在於石台平的專業意見，要進一步釐清洪仲丘的死因。

根據石台平在庭上表示，洪仲丘的死亡並不是操練的問題，而是洪仲丘當時的身體狀況本來就有問題。針對法醫聽起來客觀的說法，是不是對軍方有利，洪仲丘的姊姊說只能無奈尊重，但更讓人難以接受的是旅長沈威志的態度，卸責，而洪家全程聽庭，只希望這次法醫提供的意見，能釐清案情，還給洪仲丘一個公道。
