聯想傳考慮競標黑莓

華爾街日報18日報導，中國個人電腦及手機製造商聯想（Lenovo），考慮加入競標黑莓公司（BlackBerry）行列，買下整家公司。

華爾街日報引述匿名人士表示，聯想已簽署保密協定，取得黑莓公司帳本。該報導指出，若聯想買下黑莓，這筆交易將成為史上規模最大且最知名的中國公司吃下西方公司收購案之一。

黑莓8月表示將設立委員會，決定是否公開出售公司，或循其他管道重建公司。黑莓曾是智慧手機市場龍頭，但目前正陷入經營困境。

加拿大投資基金楓信（Fairfax）金融公司握有黑莓10%股權，9月提出以每股9美元收購黑莓剩餘股份。根據楓信開價，估計黑莓公司價值47億美元。

黑莓創辦人拉扎里迪斯（Mike Lazaridis），上周亦表示考慮加入競標。擁有5.7%黑莓股權的拉扎里迪斯，已與另一位黑莓創辦人弗萊金（Doug Fregin）達成協議，將一同尋求買下公司其餘股份。他們共同持有公司8%股權。
