各位
我想請問:
手機如果把wifi關掉之後去按到網頁(ex:fb) 她會自己開啟要付費的網路麻?
那如果把wifi開著(但沒連到網路)去開網頁要錢嘛?
之後我有看到有人說手機有一個同步功能沒連到wifi會自己主動連到要付費的網路那是每隻手機都有麻?
另外希望各位可以把任何會自己連到付費的網路的各種情況告訴我!

我拿的是Samsung Galaxy Y Duos S6102
