1、lay off:這是常見說法

2、cut down on staff number:這是專業、中立的說法
例句:We're going to cut down on staff number by the end of this year.(今年底我們即將刪減人事。)
3、right-sizing / streamlining:美化表象的版本,有人會用right-sizing,意指合理精簡;或streamlining,指流暢化、精簡化
