美國首都華盛頓今天發生槍擊案，位置在華盛頓的海軍海上系統司令部，事發大樓至少有10人遭槍擊，3名槍手行凶後逃逸，警方出動大批人員搜尋，甚至用直升機從空中監視，並且成功制伏1人，2人仍躲藏在一棟建築物中。有消息指出，槍手可能為183公分高的白人男子，警方封鎖部分區域，搜查槍手下落，槍手可能持AR-15自動步槍。

據《中央社》及《蘋果日報》報導，紐約當地時間16日早上8點20分左右，美國海軍海洋系統司令總部大樓驚傳槍響，1名約183公分高、著黑衣的白人男子，持多把長短槍枝在大樓內獨自行動射擊，造成至少2名軍警人員中彈。美國海軍暫未說明傷亡情況，但據媒體報導，可能有數人死亡，至少有10人遭槍擊。「華盛頓郵報」報導，槍手不只1人，可能有3人涉案，當中1人著制服。

報導指出，有1名槍手可能已遭制伏，另有2人仍在大樓或附近區域內，軍方需要封鎖附近區域。這起事件是否和美將對敘利亞化武制裁有關？目前無法確定。
