我還是決定不做了....因為通車快要1個小時結果公司說報到就等於到職明明就還沒有跟人資公司簽約然後今天去店內提離職對那些一天同事真的很抱歉.... 不過,我想問的是.... 人資公司還要我寫一份人事資料表寄回去囧說是什麼法律程序,可是...我又沒有要跟他們簽約這樣到底要不要寄回去？副店長跟我說,不用,因為他們只是想要我的人事資料以供派遣而已...=_= 這跟我去藝珂不一樣,要使用我的人事資料也要經過同意書吧=_= 不然這有個資法的問題不是? 感覺好像被騙了... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.162.92.36 ※ f575739:轉錄至看板 PttLifeLaw 08/07 19:38
