賀.寶.芙.網拍被抓到 違規懲罰

我自己本身是賀寶X的會員 但是因為是學生 想說可以減肥 賺點零用錢才入會 但是之後真的覺得要推銷出商品真的很難 尤其又快期末考 在網路上看到也有人在賣 才PO在網路上 還真的有人下標 但是之後卻收到一封信 說是發現我有在網路上拍賣 但事實如此 我寫的聲明書也說我確實有在網路上拍賣 但是如今已下標 我有看到聲明書上說如果我不是故意且往後不會再有次行為 會給予警告並懲罰 我想知道我可能已經違約了 但是我想知道的是所謂的懲罰 是指什麼?? 例如罰錢之類的 若真的是這樣 那要罰多少?

請有經驗的大大或是有遇過類似的情況的大大幫忙解答!!
