13種房客不出租

有時候限制多反而吸引人，房仲應該都知道，管理維護好的社區房價比較高吧，大家不喜歡被限制但相對又希望社區能夠管理維護好！
禁止養寵物也沒錯，畢竟寵物一定會引起環境髒亂以及噪音問題，想要養寵物的人租房也一定是租沒有養過寵物的房，自己可以養寵物但不希望別人養寵物，自己可吵人但不希望別人吵他！
現在一堆人家裡父母禁止養寵物就在外面租房養，房子弄髒了就退租搬走再找另一間就好，其他的事房東就自己摸著鼻子慢慢消毒整理吧！

那個房東只是想純粹便宜的租給單純的人，以後房租好收，房子也不會被亂搞！
不然這樣想好了，有誰願意去租一間髒亂有養寵物充滿異味的房？
有哪個房東願意把房子租給日後可能收不到房租又賴著不走的房客？
