各位好：

我於八月準備赴日本參加一個交流活動，期間我們需要準備一些食材給日本人做品嘗，我們打算做綠豆湯跟煮山粉圓，可是我聽說種子類的不能帶出國。
請問綠豆跟山粉圓真的不能帶到日本嗎？
